Am Montag, den 06. Mai steht erneut einer der Donauwörth (DW) 32 vor Gericht – ein Geflüchteter, der während dem brutalen Polizeiüberfall auf die (damalige) Erstaufnahmeeinrichtung in Donauwörth im März 2018 inhaftiert wurde. Die letzten beiden Gerichtsprozesse im November haben gezeigt: Widersprüchliche und vage Zeugenaussagen der Securities reichen für Verurteilungen. Damals war nicht mal die tatsächliche Anwesenheit der Angeklagten widerspruchsfrei geklärt. Umso wichtiger ist es, den Gerichtsprozess erneut kritisch zu beobachten und solidarisch zu besuchen!
Kommt am Montag, 06. Mai 2018 zum Amtsgericht Augsburg, Gögginger Str. 101, 86199 Augsburg.
Eine Kundgebung vor dem Gericht beginnt um 12 Uhr.
Der Prozess beginnt um 13:30 Uhr.

On Monday, May 6th, 2019 another trial against one of the Donauwörth (DW) 32 will take place – a refugee who was arrested during the brutal police raid in the (former) reception centre facility in Donauwörth in March 2018. The last two court trials in November have shown: contradictory and vague testimonies of the securities are sufficient for convictions. At that time, not even the actual presence of the defendants had been clarified without contradiction. This makes it all the more important to observe the trial critically again and join in solidarity!
